National Minimum Wage Regulations 2015 (SI.No.621/2015)  - New regulations that consolidate the National Minimum Wage Regulations 1999 and subsequent amending regulations with the purpose of making the rules clearer and more workable for employers and employees. (The instrument does not
introduce substantive changes to the rules.)

National Minimum Wage (Variation of Financial Penalty) Regulations 2014 (SI.No.547/2014) - New statutory instrument increases financial penalty for employers failing to comply with minimum wage from 50 per cent to 100 per cent of total underpayment, with maximum penalty increasing from £5,000 to £20,000.
